Welcome!
My name is Jen Hinds M.Ed and I am so excited you are here. I am a Certified Postpartum Doula, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, Home Organizer, Sex Educator, Professional Development Trainer, and Mom. I have over a decade of experience educating and helping others through all sorts of life’s ups and downs from relationships to sex to birth & postpartum and so much more. After graduating from Widener University with my Masters of Education in Human Sexuality, I went on to do prevention and education work in the domestic violence field. I also had the honor of being an educator for an LGBTQ+ youth group. In 2020 I jumped into birthwork (a life long dream) as the pandemic threw my career for a spin. Since then, I have attended all different kinds of births, supported postpartum families, and taught childbirth education. I feel so fortunate to be able to combine so many of my passions of educating about healthy relationships, birth, and wellness, advocating for social change, and uplifting survivors and LGBTQ+ folks. Whether I am facilitating a training or helping a family create a postpartum plan, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and affirming space to break through shame and judgement where people can create new narratives and patterns in their lives. Through my doula work, home organization, relationship coaching, and sexuality education, I empower YOU to create the joy filled life, relationships, family, and home that you deserve to have. My in-person services are located in Philadelphia, but virtual services can be accessed anywhere in the world.
